Wonderful hotel with consistently courteous staff from the receptionist to the cleaning lady and large and well heated rooms. Marvellous location near a pedestrian precinct, with nice gardens. Again, walking distance to Dad's Army Museum....

The twin room was lovely and clean, and the beds were super comfy. The location is spot on for exploring the area and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was nice and the parking was convenient.
the bathroom coulda used a bit more cleaning as there was some grime around, and the shower pressure was pretty weak.

It was just a commendable fit for an overnight stopping in Thetford with reasonable price. The room was clean with a huge comfy bed and fluffy towels. Bring your own snacks since the food options were somewhat limited.

Convienient, good reception staff and good breakfast. Handy for the town and near my customers premises.
Shabby and a bit run down. Dining room not open, bar meals only
